Glen W. Hahn – President and CEO

Mr. Hahn began his tenure at IDI in 1974, working in the capacity of engineer and real estate broker. The firm was new and growing, and Mr. Hahn had to wear many hats. As the project manager on many of IDI’s new construction sites, he quickly learned the business of development and construction. In 2003, Mr. Hahn became the sole shareholder of the company and subsequently became the President and CEO. With input from his handpicked professional mentors, he set about restructuring the company to grow it into a major force in the commercial real estate development field. He brought on experts in the field of strategic growth, brokerage, and facilities management to increase IDI’s level of expertise in the services provided. Glen’s visionary leadership and loyalty to his employees has created a company that is stable and growing.

Mr. Hahn sits on the board of CASA Mañana and the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council as well as the Near South Board of Directors, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and he is a Trustee of Texas Wesleyan University.  Mr. Hahn is a member of City Club of Fort Worth, Petroleum Club of Fort Worth, Ridglea Country Club, and Peace Lutheran Church in Hurst, Texas.
Mr. Hahn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He is a licensed Texas real estate broker, and a registered professional engineer in Texas.

Bradley A. Rupay – EVP Manager Special Projects

Mr. Rupay has been with IDI since 1986 and is responsible for management of construction projects, subcontract negotiations and conceptual and detailed estimating.  He has over 40 years experience in project management, estimating, bidding and architectural design.
Mr. Rupay studied architecture and building construction at Lawrence Institute of Technology in Michigan and business management at University of Phoenix in Dallas.
Organizations to which Mr. Rupay belongs include St. Joseph Catholic Community, The Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth Building Commission and Shady Valley Golf Club.

Robert A. Edmondson – SVP Field Operations

Mr. Edmondson started with IDI in 1982 and is responsible for all field operations. He has more than 40 years of management and hands-on supervisory experience in all phases of commercial construction, including high-rise and complex remodeling projects. He is also responsible for the IDI safety programs. Bob was born in Florida to a family involved in heavy building construction. Bob’s father was a master plumber and owned his own company doing large commercial and hospital projects. Bob, working with his brother-in-law, learned surveying and civil engineering and also became a master carpenter. His experience with high rise condominium construction in Florida gave him a detailed knowledge of crane and equipment operation as well as detailed vertical and horizontal surveying and layout. Bob came to Texas with Broward Highland Construction to direct the construction of the concrete structures of three on-campus mid-rise buildings at the University of Texas at Arlington. While here his company went bankrupt while building Tampa Bay Stadium. Bob then elected to stay in Texas.

Jayson Williams – VP Real Estate Services

Jayson began his commercial real estate career in the Commercial/Retail Division at Henry S. Miller, specializing in project leasing, ground leases, build to suits and ground up retail development opportunities. While at Henry S. Miller, he represented projects totaling over 350,000 square feet, and closed 28 transactions in 30 months. Jayson represented regional and local retailers, providing them with the best and most accurate market knowledge to help them with their real estate needs. Jayson brings a wide variety of commercial real estate transactional experience to his role at IDI. As a third generation native of Fort Worth, he has an innate knowledge of the area, and a multi-generational sphere of friends and business associates who help him keep his finger on the pulse of the city, and a close eye on local market conditions. Jayson is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Business Network International, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, International Council of Shopping Centers and Habitat for Humanity. He is a member of Grace Baptist Church and volunteers in the Youth Ministry. Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University, where he attended on a golf scholarship. He is a member of the Texas State Alumni Association. He is in the process of earning his CCIM designation and he holds a State of Texas Real Estate License.
