IDI develops west Fort Worth medical building

FCMG Real Estate LLC has purchased a 16,850-square-foot building at the corner of West Vickery Boulevard and Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth for an unknown price.

Family Centered Medical Group, a full-service family practice managed by Dr. R. Todd Richwine, plans to relocate its clinic from Oak Park Lane into 5,800 square feet in February.

A complete remodel of the building is expected to be finished in late spring 2012.

Project architect is Schwarz Hanson and Innovative Developers Inc. is handling development services, leasing activities, construction management and property management.

FCMG Real Estate was represented by Jayson Williams, vice president real estate with Innovative Developers, in the transaction.

IDI named FWBP Smart Moves Winner

The Fort Worth Business Press hosted its 2011 Smart Moves awards dinner at Reata restaurant in downtown Fort Worth. The Business Press recognized 13 organizations this year whose common goal is economic growth.

Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price was the keynote speaker at the Oct. 19 Smart Moves event hosted by the Fort Worth Business Press at Reata Restaurant.

Winners included Broadie’s Aircraft, Escalante Golf, Frac Tech Services LLC, HD Homes, Innovative Developers Inc., Renfro Foods Inc., the National Cutting Horse Association, the City of Fort Worth, Downtown Fort Worth Inc., the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Worth Convention and Visitors Bureau, Sundance Square and the Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Mayor Betsy Price was the keynote speaker at the event.
